1. Tickets and Admission

When you buy a ticket, it is valid for the whole day of your visit. You can explore the interactive exhibits as much as you like during our opening hours.

• All young explorers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared with friends who are not with you.
• Keep your entry wristband or ticket visible so our staff knows you are part of the fun.

2. Safe and Happy Discoveries

Our exhibits are made to be touched, moved, and played with! However, we ask all visitors to treat the equipment and each other with kindness so everyone can enjoy the science experiments.

• Follow the instructions given by our science guides during workshops and demonstrations.
• Walk calmly between exhibits to avoid bumps and spills.
• Food and drinks should only be enjoyed in the designated break areas, not near the interactive stations.

3. Workshops and Group Visits

If you have booked a special workshop or a school excursion, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled start time.

If your plans change and you need to cancel a group booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to another group of curious minds. Late cancellations may be subject to a small booking fee.
